Refractometers
are used the world-over to monitor sugar concentrations (brix) in
foods and beverages. They feature an all-metal body to ensure long
life. All daylight plates are hinged with metal pins so that the
daylight plate can be easily replaced if it is broken. They have
a brix range of 0-32 degrees. This model is equipped with Automatic
Temperature Compensation (ATC), which allows for a shift in ambient
working temperatures without recalibration. The operating range
is 50 degrees Fahrenheit to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. All units are
backed by a 1 year warranty.
